About

Our Eco-System

OUR ECO-SYSTEM is the brainchild of our CEO, Joshua Saeger, a seasoned expert in construction with over 25 years of experience building multi-billion dollar facilities not only in the USA (our home), but abroad as well. Established in 2020, First Pass Services has earned its nation-wide reputation as an elite boutique scheduling company by transforming the often solitary world of project scheduling into an accelerated, collaborative, team-based ecosystem. We thrive on the synergy of a highly skilled and specialized team. Each member plays a critical, distinct role, yet together, they operate as a unified force throughout the entire schedule lifecycle. This integrated approach has turned the heads of major corporations within the life sciences, mission critical and energy industries.

Our Success Is Your Success

This methodology is our core belief that's not only a result of our perseverance and dedication, but also a reflection of the trust our clients have placed in us. Summed up it's very simple, we become successful by putting our clients needs first and ensuring their success.
